Italian Vibram Gumlite® lightweight expanded rubber

Offers a lightweight feel with gentle cushioning. While providing reliable grip to catch the road surface, it also offers a soft, flexible response when walking. A leather welt dyed with French patina liquid adds deep shading to the sole edge.
TOURER is reimagined as a shoe for travel, drawing inspiration from the appearance of chukka boots worn by motorists in the 1960s. While retaining the light, agile feel of a classic 2-3 eyelet design and the refined aesthetic of a dress shoe, it is paired with a CLUBHOUSE sole.
The fit around the ankle is soft, making for a nimble start to your stride. The Vibram Gumlite® lightweight expanded rubber sole—with a 7mm toe and 22mm heel—cushions input from the road without any sharp impact, providing support that does not sink excessively. It is tuned to maintain the pedal-feel needed for driving while ensuring the agility required for walking long distances in the city.
The leather welt, dyed with French patina liquid, lends the functional lightness of the expanded rubber a silhouette reminiscent of traditional leather shoes. The combination of the chukka boot's simple construction, soft entry, and the dignity of a dress sole allows it to pair naturally with jackets and slacks alike.
TOURER aims not for the intensity of competitive footwear, but to elevate the act of travel itself. Nimble in the driver's seat and refined like a leather shoe once you step out, it is a piece that brings the 1960s motoring concept of the "driving shoe" and the "dress shoe" back together in a modern CLUBHOUSE specification.
