How to use

Ordering Procedure

1. select the color, quantity, etc. of the product you want from the online store and click "Add to cart".
If you would like to consult with us about the size, please select "ASK: Size will be discussed later. Our customer service will contact you later.
*If you wish to purchase a product (size) that is not in stock, please select "ORDER: Out of stock items" and write about your desired size in the remarks column of the shopping cart. Please note that we may not be able to make the item depending on the material and size you request. Please understand this in advance.
 

Check the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, return to the shopping page.
 

3. Once you have confirmed the items you wish to purchase, enter your desired delivery date and time and any other comments in the remarks box at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
 

4. Proceed to "Checkout" or click the direct button for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay to proceed to payment.
If you choose PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay,Log in to each page and enter the required information.and enter the required information.
If you wish to use a coupon code or NEGRONI points, please be sure to click the checkout button to proceed to the cart.Please note that the discount will not be reflected if you pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay direct buttons.

If the total value of your order is less than 30,000 yen (excluding tax), please select a delivery company. In the case of free shipping, the delivery company will be Sagawa Express in principle.

Precautions

Your order is not confirmed when you place an item in the shopping cart. If access to the site is congested before the purchase procedure is completed, you may not be able to purchase the product.

Precautions

  • Payment can be made in one installment. If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company to change the number of payments after payment is made by credit card.

Credit card companies registered with Pay Pal include VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, and UnionPay. 


3. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available only if the credit card company registered with Apple Pay is MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or JCB. VISA cards issued in Japan cannot be used for online payment through apple Pay.

Google Pay is only available for credit cards registered with VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB.

5. Shop Pay

Shop Pay is available for credit cards registered with VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and JCB.

About Shipping

Delivery
Delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

Shipping cost
880 yen per shipment (as of January 15, 2021). (As of January 15, 2021).
Members of the "Speciale" and "Maestro" membership ranks will receive a free shipping coupon permanently.


About date and time selection
You may specify a delivery date and time after 5 business days from the date of your order. Please specify your preferred delivery time from the list below.

Yamato Transport does not allow you to specify 12-14:00.



Notes on Date and Time Designation
Customers who have purchased out-of-stock items, pre-order items, or ordered items will not be able to specify a specific date and time. Customer service will contact you shortly with the scheduled delivery date and time.
Please note that we may not be able to meet delivery time zone requests in some areas, such as remote islands. Please note that delivery may be delayed in order to meet your requested delivery time.

Notes on domestic delivery

We are unable to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped. Please contact the shipping company directly if you wish to change the delivery address.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to delivery area, traffic, weather, or other reasons.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please check the delivery slip issued by the delivery company or the "parcel number" provided in our shipping e-mail, and contact the transportation office indicated on the slip directly.
If your package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it, you may be charged for the return shipping costs incurred at that time, as well as the shipping costs for resending the package.

Receipts and Delivery Slips

Delivery note (detailed invoice)
We will send the invoice with the order when the order is delivered to the customer.
If the recipient of the order is different from the person who placed the order, we do not include a delivery note. In this case, we do not send the invoice separately, but please contact us if you wish.

Receipt
Receipts are not usually included in the package. If you wish to receive a receipt, please write "I wish to receive a receipt" in the remarks column. 

In case of payment by credit card
The statement sent by your credit card company is equivalent to a receipt.
If you would like a receipt issued by our company 
Please write "Receipt Request" in the remarks column and indicate the name of the addressee and the proviso in your order. We will enclose it with your order.
