The product is sent in a complete condition, but if it is a defective product, please contact the NEGRONI office (03-3801-8591) within 14 days.

We will do the procedure of replacement, repair, or return of the product.

・ Please note that we cannot return returns due to customer convenience.
・ If you are concerned about the size of your feet and shoes, such as width and instep balance, please be sure to contact NEGRONI Customer Service by email or phone before purchasing. Our experienced staff, who are involved in the manufacture of NEGRONI, will carefully propose and guide you to the appropriate size of your customers.
・ If the size of the arriving product does not match, please contact the NEGRONI Customer Desk within 14 days. We will consult you again so that we can guide you in the optimal size as much as possible.
