The Kingston S is a driving shoe based on the double monk silhouette, reinterpreted with NEGRONI’s proprietary hammer hook system. Built on the GRS last, it delivers both a sharp profile and secure three-dimensional fit. The “dress-finished driving sole” pairs hand-patinated leather welts with lightweight Vibram rubber, while the 22mm heel height ensures adaptability from spirited driving to tailored formal wear.
　

❷ Expression — Materials & Aesthetics

The upper is crafted from special Wet Track calf, finished with layered patina dyes. From cutting through to final finishing, artisans build depth and transparency by applying multiple shades, creating unique shadows and gradations for every pair. The hammer hooks are laser-cut stainless steel, polished in barrels for hours to achieve a lustrous finish, borrowing techniques from fine cookware and precision metalwork. Each element reflects meticulous craftsmanship.

With the hooks engaged, the shoe provides firm heel support for precise control; with them released, the fit relaxes into casual comfort. The S-curve last secures the foot three-dimensionally, while generous toe volume ensures natural freedom despite the shoe’s sharp profile.
