NEGRONI’s flagship, the IDEA CORSA, reimagined in collaboration with the NISSAN Z NISMO. Finished in the distinctive Stealth Gray, this special edition captures a fresh, refined silver tone—contrasting the bold presence of the GT-R NISMO with a style suited equally to everyday wear.

The IDEA CORSA represents NEGRONI’s pursuit of the ideal driving shoe. This collaboration was supervised by Hiroshi Tamura, long-time chief product specialist for the GT-R and Fairlady Z and now NISSAN brand ambassador. The dedicated last is designed on a 3E standard, offering generous volume at the width and instep to naturally fit Japanese foot shapes. A specially developed bucket insole reinforces the arch and heel, enhancing overall rigidity while delivering sensitive and precise pedal feel.

❷ Expression — Materials & Aesthetics

The upper is crafted in Stealth Gray leather, finished with a matte protein treatment to faithfully reflect the NISMO design language. Checker steel leather is applied to the heel, topline, and twin eyelets, providing both durability and a lightweight feel. The side emblem also features checker steel leather instead of carbon fiber, creating a modern, refined impression. The contrast between these luxurious materials defines a driver’s style that is both sophisticated and dynamic.

The robust upper and firm hold of the bucket insole provide secure support across the entire foot. This special edition was realized through the shared passion of Hiroshi Tamura, a long-time wearer of the IDEA CORSA, and NEGRONI. The Z emblem is crafted by a heritage badge maker with over 108 years of history. Achieved through countless micro-adjustments under one millimeter and delicate color inlays into ultra-thin grooves, the emblem stands as a symbol of the union between Japanese automotive culture and artisanal craftsmanship.

Outsole: Driving rubber sole (synthetic rubber)

The upper, lining, and insole are crafted in Japan, while the outsole is sourced from Italy.

Final assembly and sole attachment are carried out at NEGRONI Factory Tokyo, where each pair is completed by hand.
