❶ Design and Structure ― Essence
Idea Corsa is NEGRONI’s flagship model, born from the pursuit of the ideal driving shoe.
The exclusively developed 3E-standard last is designed with ample volume in the width and instep, naturally conforming to the foot shape of many Japanese people. In addition to a powerful fit that envelops the entire foot, it features a bucket insole that three-dimensionally supports the arch and heel. This enhances the overall rigidity of the shoe, providing a precise pedal feel.
❷ Materials and Expression ― Expression
The upper utilizes thick, firm black suede, combined with a limited-edition red aramid carbon fiber. It is a material characterized by an intense red hue and a unique luster. By subduing the gloss on the sides of the upper, the brushed texture of the suede and the sheen of the carbon create a vivid contrast. Red stitching ties them together, blending these high-personality materials into a single pair.
❸ Comfort and Responsiveness ― Response
The thick suede firmly supports the foot, and combined with the stability of the bucket insole, provides a high sense of rigidity. It responds accurately to depressing and releasing motions, enabling precise control over pedal operation. It combines the rigidity required for sports driving with the comfort necessary for long-term use.
❹ History and Background ― Legacy
Due to its superior driving performance, Idea Corsa has been adopted as a development standard for super sports cars both in Japan and overseas, and has also been regularly used as the standard shoe for driving impressions on European motorsport television programs.
❺ Vision for the Future ― Vision
Incorporating materials and combinations not found in our standard line into the Idea Corsa design. This aramid carbon version is a pair that layers the experimental spirit and playfulness unique to SIDE B onto the NEGRONI philosophy of "shoes that enhance the resolution of your drive."

‐ Insole: Negroni Bucket Insole (Polyester / EVA)
‐ Sole: Driving Rubber Sole (Synthetic rubber | Made in Italy)
The upper, lining, and insole are manufactured in Japan, and the soles are made in Italy.
The final step of attaching the soles is carried out one pair at a time at the Negroni Factory Tokyo.
