Smoking Calf Leather
 
The SMOKING CALF used for the upper is among the softest in NEGRONI’s leather lineup. Tanned and dyed by master tanners in Tuscany, the entire leather is infused with white wax. Over time and repeated flexing, the wax’s properties allow the leather to become even softer, developing a rich, aged character with a distinct patina.

Beautiful Hammer Hooks
 
NEGRONI’s unique hook system enables two fit modes: secure when hooked, relaxed when unhooked. The newly developed HAMMER HOOK allows for easy finger placement and quick removal of the monk strap, eliminating the hassle commonly associated with double monks.

The HAMMER HOOKS feature a matte black oxide finish, a treatment often used to protect steel and iron from corrosion. This process forms a 1μ oxide layer, giving the hardware a muted industrial sheen and a rugged aesthetic.
 

Fit Concept
 
The KINGSTON shares its sole gauge and fit philosophy with NEGRONI’s GRAND PRIX HIGH-TOP and SPEARHEAD models, all based on the GRS last. The S-curve volume supports the foot three-dimensionally for a bespoke-like fit. While the silhouette appears sharp and refined, the toe box retains ample depth, ensuring space for natural toe movement.
 

Driving Performance
When hooked, the heel is firmly secured, enhancing control and precision during driving. The KINGSTON inherits the driving performance of the FIORANO and is equipped with NEGRONI’s reliable Driving Rubber Sole, offering excellent grip for city cruising, light sports driving, and even demanding three-pedal operation.
