All Sole Standard Pack

Recommended for those who wish to enjoy their NEGRONI shoes longer or maintain optimal pedal grip balance.
　
The All-Sole Repair involves carefully heating and removing the worn-out soles, re-lasting the shoes on their original production lasts, and fitting brand-new soles. This process follows the same manufacturing line as when the shoes were first made, meaning the soft, broken-in leather retains its unique character while the overall shape and structure are beautifully refreshed.

The Standard Pack includes a sole replacement and professional cream polishing. It does not include insole or lace replacement and is recommended only if these parts show minimal wear.

　All-Sole Repair Process

1. Place your order via the NEGRONI WEB STORE.

2. Send your shoes to the address below (shipping at customer’s expense).

3. Once repairs are completed, the shoes will be shipped back to you.

Important Notes Regarding All-Sole Repairs

• This service follows the same production process as our new shoes. The finish may feel slightly tighter compared to your well-worn shoes. If you previously had custom width or instep adjustments, or if you’re concerned about sizing, please indicate this in the order comments. Depending on the requested adjustments, it may not be possible to accommodate them within the Standard Pack.

• If you notice differences in width or instep fit after repair, please contact our customer service team. Note: return shipping for additional adjustments is at the customer’s expense.

• Severe damage to the leather may make restoration impossible.

• Additional charges may apply if the upper requires significant repair; in such cases, our team will contact you.

• We recommend scheduling repairs when the heel shows through or the tread is heavily worn for the best results.
