GRAND TOURER – A versatile companion for the modern traveller
Negroni Leather Reimagined
Since 2000, Negroni Leather has been at the heart of the brand’s craftsmanship, adhering to an unwavering recipe. This summer marks a pivotal evolution, with production moving entirely to Japan and a switch to premium domestic hides from Hokkaido. The result is a supple, luxuriously thick-grained leather with a subtly matte finish and refined balance in texture. A new smooth version also joins the collection, underscoring the sophisticated transformation of Negroni Leather into its finest form yet.
Crafted for the Grand Tour
GRAND TOURER takes the classic chukka silhouette of the TOURER and enhances it with a rubber sole for elevated driving performance. Its slightly tapered toe complements business attire and tailored ensembles, making it the ideal choice for journeys that demand both comfort and style—whether navigating airport lounges or slipping into a meeting straight from the wheel. Equipped with elasticated rubber laces, GRAND TOURER allows for easy on-off wear with a shoehorn, ensuring seamless transitions in any setting.
Fit Philosophy
A single piece of leather wraps the foot in a uniquely refined fit found only in TOURER models. Sharing much of its structural DNA with the QUATTRO, this iteration introduces a layered lining of Ultra Suede® and Negroni’s signature leather for exceptional comfort.
The GRS last, shared with Grand Prix Hi-Top and SPEARHEAD, provides consistent sizing across these collections. Its S-curve structure cradles the foot for a bespoke-like sensation, while the toe box allows freedom of movement without compromising the sleek exterior. The heel has been slightly lowered compared to the TOURER, aligning perfectly with the ergonomic needs of low-slung sports car seating.
Driving Performance
The secure instep hold inherent to the chukka design translates into an effortless synergy with driving. GRAND TOURER proves itself equally adept during city cruises and light spirited sessions, offering confidence even in three-pedal manual sports cars.
