1 Outline of Point Service
NEGRONIWe give points to customers who purchase items from our web store or factory tokyo, and to new customers who sign up for our mail magazine or membership*. There are some rules regarding the use of points, so please refer to the following.
Points will be awarded from August 10, 2022.
2 Rules for using points
Points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
For customers using points in US dollars, the point discount will be determined based on the exchange rate at the time of use.
Points issued at the time of purchase will be credited and available for use the day after the product is shipped.

3 How to check the number of points earned

The number of points earned is displayed in gray next to the price (including tax).

Clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button will take you to the shopping cart page, where you can check the number of points you have earned.

4 How to check the number of points you have
Go to "Account" > "Sign In/Register" from the menu button (three lines).
Log in from the login screen (or register as a new user)
The "My Account" page will appear, and you will see the number of points you have in the "Points Held" column.
5 How to use your points
With your account logged in, display the shopping cart.
Enter the number of points you wish to use in the box and click the "Use Points" button.
The screen when the "Use Points" button is clicked.
You can see that the number of points (1 point = 1 yen) has been deducted.
If you are satisfied with the results, click the "Checkout" button.
Confirm the point discount is applied on the payment page
Confirm that the point discount has been applied by using the random alphanumeric coupon code.
Other coupon codes cannot be used when point discounts are applied.
