The collaboration model between the Japanese driving shoe brand "Negroni" and the new "NISSAN Z" has been on sale at the official Negroni web store since August 18. Under the supervision of Hiroshi Tamura, Chief Product Specialist of the new NISSAN Z, the special edition embodies the mood of the NISSAN Z, from the choice of materials and coloring to the design of the logo mark hardware.

The Idea Corsa is Negroni's flagship model designed to be the ideal driving shoe. It boasts outstanding maneuverability and comfort with a strong fit that holds the entire foot in place. The upper is made of a special pearl blue Negroni leather. To express the body color of the new Z, we asked Tannery in Japan, which produces Negroni leather, to produce the color. After repeated coloring sessions with Mr. Tamura, the color was finished in a beautiful seiran blue with delicate pearlescence. The heel and topline, as well as the iconic twin eyelets, are made of scratch- and stain-resistant checker-steel leather, creating a fresh center line. The side emblems are made of checker-steel leather, which emphasizes the lightness of the emblems, instead of the conventional carbon. The vivid contrast between the luxurious materials creates a sophisticated driver's style.

The Z logo emblem, a symbolic design part, was commissioned to be manufactured by a long-established emblem store that has been in business for 108 years. In order to express the beautiful Z logo, adjustments of less than 1mm were made over several months, and the delicate process of pouring the color into the ultra-fine lines was completed.
