＜返品・交換について＞
NEGRONIでは、すべての商品を検品のうえ万全の状態で発送しております。
万一、お届けした商品に初期不良・誤配送・破損等がございました場合は、商品到着後14日以内にNEGRONIカスタマーサービスまでご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、交換・修理・返品など適切な対応をさせていただきます。
【サイズについて】
NEGRONIのシューズはモデルごとにフィット感が異なるため、ご購入前にサイズ選びについてご不安がございましたら、お気軽にカスタマーサービスまでご相談ください。製造に携わる経験豊富なスタッフがお客様に最適なサイズ選びをサポートいたします。
また、お届けした商品のサイズが合わなかった場合は、商品到着後14日以内にご相談ください。下記の条件を満たしている場合に限り、サイズ交換を承ります。
【サイズ交換について】
サイズ交換をご希望の場合、返送時の送料はお客様のご負担（元払い）となります。交換品発送時の送料はNEGRONIが負担いたします。
サイズ交換は以下の条件を満たす場合に限り承ります。
・商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただいていること
・屋外で使用されていないこと
・試着程度の使用であること
・商品本体に傷や汚れ、履きジワ等が生じていないこと
・商品箱、付属品等が揃っていること
【お客様都合による返品について】
商品不良を除き、お客様都合による返品・返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、EU（欧州連合）域内のお客様については、本ポリシー末尾に記載する「EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal」の規定が優先して適用されます。
【ご注意】
商品の状態によっては、交換・返品のご要望にお応えできない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
＜EU域内のお客様向け：撤回権について＞
欧州連合（EU）域内のお客様は、商品を受領した日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず購入契約を撤回する権利を有します。撤回をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。
・返品送料はお客様のご負担となります。
・返品商品を受領した後、または返送証明をご提示いただいた後、14日以内に商品代金および標準配送費を返金いたします。なお、お客様のご要望に応じて特別に製作またはカスタマイズされた商品については、撤回権の対象外となる場合があります。
《 Returns & Exchanges 》
At NEGRONI, every product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Sizing Assistance
Because the fit may vary depending on the model, we strongly encourage customers to contact our customer service team before placing an order if they have any questions regarding sizing or fit. Our experienced staff will be pleased to assist you in selecting the most suitable size.
Size Exchanges
Size exchange services are currently available only for orders delivered within Japan.
If the size of your shoes is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges may be accepted provided that the following conditions are met:
• The item has not been worn outdoors.
• The item shows no signs of use, damage, creasing, or staining.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
• The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the original item. NEGRONI will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
International Orders
Due to international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import/export requirements, size exchange services are not available for orders delivered outside Japan.
We kindly encourage international customers to contact us before placing an order if they have any questions regarding sizing or fit.
Customer-Initiated Returns
Except as required by applicable law, returns and refunds cannot be accepted for reasons unrelated to product defects, shipping errors, or other circumstances approved by NEGRONI.
EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Please refer to the “EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal” section below for details.
《 EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal 》
The following provisions apply only to consumers residing in the European Union (EU).
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our contact form or by email and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been returned, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Please note that this section applies only to consumers residing in the European Union and takes precedence over any conflicting provisions in this Return & Refund Policy.
